Terms of Service

Welcome to Ethosirex, a business ethics consulting firm located at 555 Burrard St, Vancouver, BC V7X 1M8, Canada. Our services, info products, and goods are provided under the following terms.

1. General Terms

By accessing or using Ethosirex offerings, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. We may update these terms from time to time; the updated version will be effective upon posting.

2. User Obligations

Users must provide accurate information, cooperate with scheduled sessions, and respect intellectual property rights of Ethosirex and any third parties. Unauthorized distribution of our materials is prohibited.

3. Info Products

Info products include digital manuals, guides, and online courses. Upon purchase, these materials are available for immediate download or access. Purchases of info products are final due to immediate access privileges.

4. Goods

Physical items sold by Ethosirex must remain unopened and in original packaging to qualify for a refund. Goods must be sent back within 14 days of delivery. Any qualified refund will be processed within 30 days of receiving the item sent back.

5. Services

Services include advisory sessions, assessments, and training workshops. Clients may reschedule a session up to 48 hours before the scheduled date at no extra charge. Cancellations made with at least 48 hours notice qualify for a full refund of any collected payment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice qualify for a partial refund of 50% of any collected payment. No refund is available for services that have been delivered in full.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Info Products

All sales of info products are final and not eligible for a refund due to immediate access.

6.2 Goods

Full refunds are available for unopened goods sent back within 14 days of delivery. Processing of any qualified refund will be completed within 30 days of receiving the item sent back.

6.3 Services

Any collected payment for services cancelled with at least 48 hours notice will be fully refunded. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will receive a 50% refund of any collected payment. No refund is offered for sessions that have already been delivered in full. All refunds will be issued via the original payment channel within 30 days of approval.
